We STRESS this often here at VSB,

When you suffer with Hyperhidrois,  we lose more water than the normal person!   Up to 5 times more  in a day and being outdoors in heat and humidity this can be very dangerous to our bodies.   It is essential we stay ahead of this and plan our out door activities living with HH carefully.

(For members taking oral medication for this, remember that it is not a Hyperhidrosis medication but used as a side effect and this will dry you out more and can also cause over heating when outdoors for a long period!   More water is required if taking these)

We also lose our very important electrolyte levels and this is very important to maintain other wise you can become, confused, dehydrated, dizzy and even pass out.   If out for a prolonged time, please make sure you are prepared with Sun screen, hat, visor, water, water and more water!

I always suggest drinking a bottle of Gatoraid, lucozade, anything that has a electrolyte supplement in it to replenish our daily levels.

The normal person needs 8, 8oz glasses of water daily, we need 15-16, 8oz of water daily to maintain our loss esp in hot summer months, (more if you are doing out door work).

When we sweat we lose the water plus salt.  This is why it is very important to make sure you keep your electrolytes levels up.  Have you noticed salt lines on your clothing, hats, shoes etc?  This is a sign and make sure to keep you body fueled.

The wonders of water…Also excellent for you skin, with the daily amount we need you will see over time how nice your skin will look and feel.  The more water you drink the less your skin dries out and we tend to have younger looking skin if we keep drinking this precious liquid your organs and body will  flush toxins.

I love the mix in sachets now you can buy by Crystal Light, there are a lot of choices available to us now…I can have flavor with my water 

Get drinking peeps..your body will love you for it  , your Hyperhidrosis may decrease also.
